1.9.3Time zones

Time zones are represented as a structure consisting of an offset, in minutes added to UTC, and a dstMode which defines a daylight-savings schedule. The dstMode is one of the following FXB.DSTModes enumeration:

For example, New York time is defined as follows:

That is: 5 hours (300 minutes) behind UTC, changing on the US daylight savings schedule.
